60g unsalted butter, melted

250g full-fat cream cheese, at room temperature

120ml double cream

60g icing sugar

Zest of 1 orange

1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

1.

Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with the melted butter. Spoon into the bases of small glasses or ramekins and press down lightly. Chill while you prepare the filling.

In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, icing sugar, orange zest and vanilla until completely smooth. Pour in the double cream and whip until thick, fluffy and softly set.

Gently fold through the 97se亚洲国产综合自在线, keeping visible pieces and swirls. Spoon or pipe the mixture over the biscuit bases, smooth the tops and chill for at least 2–3 hours until softly set.
