About Chef Keith Snow and Harvest

Chef Keith Snow is the founding Chef and CEO of Harvest Eating, a multimedia brand that helps inspire people to cook with local foods using seasonal eating methods.

He does this using Harvest his weekly TV show on Rural TV which aired over 50 times in 2012, a cookbook The Harvest Eating Cookbook [1], a [1], The Harvest Eating Podcast and many different social media platforms.

Chef Snow markets a line of all natural 100% organic spice (cooking herb) blends under his brand Harvest Eating (!/~/category/id=2285990&offset=0&sort=normal) that are designed to work with specific foods like beef, seafood, vegetables and more. He also has a food brand dedicated to using foods only sourced from the USA, this brand Thoughtful Harvest is currently marketing a California grown Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a line of all-natural pasta sauces that are Made in Montana in the American Redoubt

Chef Snow lives with his family in a western Montana agricultural valley on a small homestead where they explore the mountains, hunt, fish and enjoy the rural life of the Intermountain West.
