The TSP Homestead is the current location where Jack Spirko and his wife live in North Texas. The homestead serves as both home and a location for holding workshops.

The Property
The TSP homestead consists of a three acre property with limited amounts of topsoil with large deposits of caliche (fractured limestone). This provides an environment with unique challenges/opportunities.

With these goals in mind:
- Massive polyculture food forest
- Educational system
- Provide food for the inhabitants of the homestead
Seminars
Jack has chosen to hold seminars at the TSP homestead to teach members of the TSP community a variety of topics including permaculture, contours and swales. During these seminars the homestead property is changed and improved.
